Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all hotel operations during your assigned shift to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Staff Management: Schedule, train, and supervise front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain our 5-star reputation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Shift Coordination: Monitor hotel security, safety protocols, and building systems during off-peak hours.
- Problem Solving: Make critical decisions in real-time to resolve operational issues and emergency situations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct nightly inspections of rooms and common areas to uphold our high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team effectively.
- Software: Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Maestro, or similar.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
