Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first impressions to guests through warm greetings and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails to assist with reservations and general inquiries.
- Handle guest requests, from room service to local directions, with a friendly and problem-solving approach.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
