- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with special requests and resolve any guest complaints or issues immediately.
- Uphold all hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
