Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process registration, payment, and key issuance using property management systems.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and direct guests to the appropriate departments.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest records, handle mail, and manage daily logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and a positive attitude at all times.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
