Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-in, check-out, and registration processes using our property management system.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Communication: Relay important messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Security: Verify identity and ensure security protocols are followed for all guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a great attitude.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer: Proficiency with computers and property management software is a plus.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
