Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using property management systems

- Maintain accurate records and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Process mail/package deliveries for guests
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English/Spanish highly valued
