- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize property management systems to optimize room assignments and availability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for VIP event support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for errands)
- Positive attitude with passion for hospitality
