Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using the property management system.
- Maintain a pristine environment in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure 5-star guest satisfaction.
- Assist with event setups, banquet service, and concierge duties as needed.
- Perform light cleaning, restocking amenities, and reporting maintenance issues to management.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
