Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest requests promptly
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance of common areas and guest rooms
- Manage front desk operations including cash handling and reservation management
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and property security
- Prepare daily operational reports for management review
- Respond to emergency situations following hotel protocols
Qualifications
