- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using property management software.
- Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and route messages promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and petty cash reconciliation accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with administrative duties, data entry, and light clerical support.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate shift work.
