Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Stock and replenish amenities (toiletries, linens, supplies) according to hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines (OSHA, CDC)
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
