Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring guest data accuracy and security.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and phone inquiries with a focus on speed and courtesy.
- Handle guest complaints and requests immediately, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with lobby security, including monitoring access and maintaining a safe environment.
- Process daily payroll and financial transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Uphold the brand's image through professional appearance and positive attitude during all shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
