Responsibilities

- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
