Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression and resolving any immediate concerns.
- Check-In/Out: Process registrations efficiently using hotel property management systems, handling payments and key distribution.
- Communication: Manage the front desk phone lines, respond to emails, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel security procedures.
- Administrative: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new property management software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
