Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Utilize PMS systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area attractions
