Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and suites to the highest luxury standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations regarding cleaning procedures.
- Interact professionally and warmly with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs, for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English to follow instructions and communicate with guests.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
