Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying registration information and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a professional tone and redirect inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Address guest questions regarding hotel amenities, local directions, and dining options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Process guest requests, including wake-up calls, room service, and housekeeping coordination.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Uphold hotel security protocols and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and property management software (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
