Responsibilities
- Process check-ins and check-outs swiftly and accurately using our Property Management System.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally, maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Monitor and manage room inventory and reservations effectively.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
