Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and manage reservations using hotel management software.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a huge plus in the Miami area.
