Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and operate the property management system.
- Concierge: Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests.
- Maintenance: Report maintenance issues and ensure the lobby and public areas are clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred; training provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and typing skills; proficiency in English.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
