Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation management
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments accurately using hotel management systems and maintain financial transaction records
- Support daily operations including lobby management, concierge services, and valet assistance
- Execute preventative maintenance checks and ensure public areas meet brand standards
- Participate in cross-departmental training programs to develop multi-functional hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome to apply)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hospitality software or willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet positions (if applicable)
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
