Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Manage reservations, billing, and payment processing
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism

- Operate hotel management systems (PMS)

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
