- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and facility maintenance
- Act as local information resource for guests and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
