Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room reservations, payments, and guest inquiries with professionalism

- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for reservation and billing tasks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
