Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Operations Management: Handle front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and registration card processing.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems with a polite and helpful tone, transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Information Management: Maintain an organized filing system and update guest information as needed.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, lobby, and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, data entry, and light clerical duties.
Qualifications
