Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and room assignments.
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using hotel property management systems.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications.
