Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying identity and payment information.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence professionally.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine lobby area and assist with general concierge duties as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems (PMS) and POS terminals.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
