Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions using hotel software.
- Communication: Answer phone calls promptly, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required. We value attitude and eagerness to learn over past job titles.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
