Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure bathrooms are pristine.
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and mini-bars in guest suites.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and push heavy carts.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
