Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are freshly stocked and presentable.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards set by the hotel and local authorities.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow proper laundry procedures to ensure guest linens are hygienic and crisp.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with management and guests.
