Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, reservation management, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests efficiently via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to resolve guest issues
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and personalized guest interactions
- Assist with event coordination and group check-in processes
- Complete daily shift reports and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/culinary degrees preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions
