Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations and modify booking systems in real-time
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and office equipment
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (preferred)
