Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize property management software to update guest profiles and process transactions.
- Monitor security systems and lobby areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
