Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, concierge)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain immaculate room and facility standards exceeding industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury hospitality experience required
- Proven customer service excellence with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
