Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and VIP guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments accurately using our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Virginia hospitality license (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Arlington area attractions and services
