Responsibilities
- Clean & Maintain: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked according to brand standards.
- Guest Services: Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Shift Operations: Monitor front desk operations, manage reservations, and handle incoming calls efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and restock supplies, including toiletries and linens, to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, fire regulations, and health guidelines to protect guests and staff.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
