Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Shift Operations: Cover various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Property Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the lobby and common areas.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns immediately and escalate complex issues to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
