Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the hotel’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and RevPAR.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain a 5-star reputation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale settings.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Hotel Administration (CHA) is a plus.
