Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check in/out guests while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Process payments and manage financial transactions with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) efficiently
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid DC hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
