Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments while maintaining accurate records
- Address guest inquiries with prompt, personalized service solutions
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
