Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying ID and payment methods.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem-solving.
- Process all transactions accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist with lobby maintenance and ensuring a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office and hotel software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
