Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and assigning rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
