Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering inquiries, processing payments, and handling reservations efficiently.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest stay.
- Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate daily financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
