Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including room inspections and ensuring amenities are stocked.
- Support the food and beverage team during busy shifts in our on-site restaurant.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
