Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible availability for shift work.
