Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Restock guest rooms with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Inspect assigned areas for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness deficiencies and report them immediately.
- Interact with guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping management and front desk teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders.
