Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (training provided).
- Manage phone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
