Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel property management systems.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, including room service, information, and maintenance issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage).
