Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for daily operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn PMS software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for serving diverse clientele
- Ability to stand for extended periods
