Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register/check out guests while managing room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with exceptional service

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments seamlessly
- Utilize hotel management systems for check-ins, billing, and reporting

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/certification preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficient with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
